《2015年商標條例 (修訂附表 1)規例》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《商標條例》(第 559章 )第 92條訂立 )
1. 生效日期 本規例自 2015年 11月 27日起實施。
2. 修訂《商標條例》 《商標條例》(第 559章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 1 (巴黎公約國及世貿成員 ) (1) 附表1，在“已加入《巴黎公約》的國家”標題下的列表——
按筆劃數目順序加入 “科威特國”。
(2) 附表 1，英文文本，在 “Countries, territories and areas which have acceded to the World Trade Organization Agreement”標題下的列表—— (a) 廢除
“The Republic of Cape Verde”； (b) 在“The Republic of Burundi”項目之後——
加入 “The Republic of Cabo Verde”。

Trade Marks Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 1) Regulation 2015
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 92 of the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559))
1. Commencement
This Regulation comes into operation on 27 November 2015.
2. Trade Marks Ordinance amended
The Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule 1 amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO members)
(1) Schedule 1, list under heading “Countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention”, after item “Republic of Korea”—
Add
“The State of Kuwait”.
(2) Schedule 1, English text, list under heading “Countries, territories and areas which have acceded to the World Trade Organization Agreement”—
(a) Repeal
“The Republic of Cape Verde”;
(b) After item “The Republic of Burundi”—
Add
“The Republic of Cabo Verde”.
