ملاحظات The Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Act No. 23 of 2019) came into effect on different dates:
Parts 1 and 4, Sections 5, 9, 12, 20(b), (e), and (i), 21, 22(c)–(d), 26, 29, 33, and Part 10 entered into force on November 21, 2019 (see Section 2 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019).
Sections 6, 10, 11, 22(a), 23, 24(a), 28, and 34 entered into force on October 1, 2021 (see Section 2 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2021).
Sections 13–19, 20(a), (c), (d), (f)–(h), 22(b) and (e), 24(b), 31, and 32 entered into force on April 1, 2022 (see Section 2 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2022).
Sections 7, 25, 27, 30, and 35 entered into force on June 10, 2022 (see Section 2 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022).
