(AMENDMENT) ACT, 1949.*

AN ACT TO REPEAL CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY (PROTECTION) ACT, 1927. [21st December, 1949.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:-

1.-The following provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), are hereby repealed-

(a) in subsection (1) of section 9, from the words "so however"to the end of the subsection, and

(b) the Second Schedule.

2.-

(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1949.

(2) The Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1947, and this Act may be cited together as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1949.

LOI MODIFIANT CELLE SUR LA PROPRIÉTÉ INDUSTRIELLE ET COMMERCIALE

(N° 32, du 21 décembre 1949.)(1)

1.— Les dispositions ci-après de la loi n° 16, du 20 mai 1927(2), sont et demeurent abrogées: a) dans l’alinéa (1) de l’article 9, la deuxième et dernière phrase; b) l’annexe 2. 2. — (1) La présente loi pourra être citée comme l’Industrial and Commercial Property

(Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1949. (2) Les lois de 1927 à 1947 concernant la propriété industrielle et commerciale et la présente

loi pourront être citées ensemble comme les Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 à 1949.
