The text of the Law on the Investment and Commercial Court was corrected by an official Correction published in Official Gazette No. 1591. Specifically, Article 17 originally contained the phrase "and shall be followed regarding the commencement of the contestation period" (that replaced the phrase ""and shall be followed regarding the commencement of the appeal of first instance period").
