ملاحظات This consolidated version of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1183 incorporates amendments up to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1279 on Amendments to the Regulations on Representatives for Intellectual Property of Plant Varieties, which entered into force on November 12, 2024.
The said Resolution No. 1279 introduced amendments to the following provisions:
- Paragraphs 1 and 2 – amended.
- Paragraphs 4, 8, and 12 – amended.
- Paragraphs 14–27 – deleted.
- Annexes 1–3 – deleted.
These amendments aim to modernize the regulations governing representatives for intellectual property rights for plant varieties, enhancing their roles and responsibilities in line with current practices and legal requirements.
