Declaration made on August 21, 2012:
"The State of Honduras will apply the Convention to the recognition and execution of arbitral [awards] issued in the territory of another Contracting State. Also, it will only apply the Convention to the differences arising out of legal relationships, whether contractual or not, considered as commercial by national legislation."
In keeping with the depositary practice followed in similar cases, the Secretary-General received the declaration in deposit in the absence of any objection on the part of any of the Contracting States, either to the deposit itself or to the procedure envisaged, within a period of 12 months from the date of the corresponding depositary notification lodged with the Secretary-General on August 27, 2012. As such, the above declaration was accepted in deposit upon the expiration of the abovestipulated 12-month period, that is on August 27, 2013.
