Paris Act (1971): Pursuant to Article I of the Appendix of the Paris Act, this State deposited, on July 7, 2014, a notification renewing the declaration according to which it availed itself of the faculty provided for in Articles II and III of the Appendix. The relevant declaration was effective from October 10, 2014, until October 10, 2024. (see Berne Notification No. 263)
Accession to the Paris Act (1971) included a notification in which the Government of the Republic of Yemen declared that it availed itself of the faculties provided for in Article II and III of the said Appendix. The relevant declaration was effective from July 14, 2008, until October 10, 2014. (see Berne Notification No. 254)
