Anordning om, hvad der skal forstås ved krigsmateriel i lov om hemmelige patenter

VI FREDERIK DEN NIENDE, af Guds Nåde Konge til Danmark, de Venders og Goters, Hertug til Slesvig, Holsten, Stormarn, Ditmarsken, Lauenborg og Oldenborg, gør vitterligt:

I medfør af § 1, 2. stk., i lov nr. 18 af 27. januar 1960 om hemmelige patenter vil Vi herved have anordnet følgende:

Ved krigsmateriel i nævnte lov skal forstås sådanne genstande indenfor nedennævnte arter af materiel, som udelukkende eller væsentlig er bestemt ti krigsbrug, samt dele og tilbehør til sådanne genstande.

1. Våben og ammunition og lignende materiel, herunder: blanke våben, pistoler (maskinpistoler), geværer (karabiner), maskingeværer, kanoner (haubitser), morterer, raketvåben m.v. samt ammunition dertil. Endvidere hånd- og geværgranater, bomber, torpedoer, miner, fjernstyrede projektiler m.v.

2. Kemiske kampmidler, herunder: gas-, røg- og flammekastermateriel samt lysbomber m.v.

3. Materiel til værn imod og bekæmpelse af virkningerne fra det under 1 og 2 nævnte materiel.

4. Faldskærmsmateriel, båremateriel m.v., feltmæssigt bromateriel og vejbygningsmateriel, flyvepladsmateriel m.v.

5. Materiel til brug ved ildledelse og navigatin, herunder: sigteapparater og andre apparater til bestemmelse og udregning af skuddata m.v. samt radarmateriel.

6. Materiel til værn imod observation eller anden iagttagelse, herunder: camouflagemateriel m.v. samt materiel, der har til formål at vildlede eller på anden måde vanskeliggøre krigsførelse.

7. Materiel, beregnet til at vanskeliggøre eller hindre forskydninger eller transporter, herunder spærringsmateriel.

8. Materialer, værktøjer og maskiner, som efter deres karakter udelukkende eller væsentligt er bestemt til fremstilling af det under 1-7 nævnte materiel.
