Details Details Year of Version 2010 Dates Published: November 13, 2010 Issued: November 10, 2010 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Undisclosed Information (Trade Secrets) Notes Decree No. 2010-1366 sets forth the terms and conditions under which the HADOPI (hereinafter 'the High Authority') grants a label to legal content offers provided by people whose business is to offer a public online communication service, allowing users to clearly identify the legal nature of these offers, as referred to in Article L. 331-23 of the Intellectual Property Code.

This Decree also sets out the rules and procedures for the High Authority to regulate and monitor in the area of technical measures to protect and identify works and objects protected by a copyright or neighbouring right, as referred to in Article L. 331-13 of the Intellectual Property Code.


Article 2 of this Decree was annulled/cancelled by Decision No. 347076 of December 30, 2013, of the Council of State, Ruling on Litigation.
