Details Details Year of Version 2013 Dates Adopted: July 13, 1999 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other Notes This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Code incorporates amendments made by Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 125-V of July 3, 2013, which came into force on July 16, 2013.

The consolidated Code provides for application of provisional measures if any delay is likely to cause irreparable harm to the right holder (Section 2, Subsection 2, Chapter 15), and non-recognition of foreign state immunity from proceedings concerning the infringement of intellectual property rights (Section 5, Chapter 46, Article 439).
