Details Details Year of Version 1996 Dates Entry into force: October 4, 1996 Adopted: October 2, 1996 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Plant Variety Protection Notes Article 1 of this Decree indicates that State servants or agents and the public institutions, which are regulated by the list annexed to the Decree, who have directly participated to the creation or discovery of a plant variety or to research works, are entitled to an incentive payment based on the profits made by the public entity based on these creations, discoveries or works.
