LEY Nº 511

LEY DE 21 DE MARZO DE 2014

EVO MORALES AYMA

PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DEL ESTADO PLURINACIONAL DE BOLIVIA

Por cuanto, la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:

LA ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA PLURINACIONAL,

D E C R E T A :

ARTÍCULO 1. Se declara Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial del Pueblo Boliviano a la ?Danza de los Tobas?.

ARTÍCULO 2. El Órgano Ejecutivo, a través del Ministerio de Culturas y Turismo, y las entidades territoriales autónomas departamentales y municipales, donde se practica la ?Danza de los Tobas?, en el marco de sus competencias implementarán políticas públicas para su promoción y difusión.

Remítase al Órgano Ejecutivo, para fines constitucionales.

Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones de la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional, a los veinticinco días del mes de febrero de dos mil catorce años.
