Details Details Year of Version 2002 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes This law regulates the broadcasting of programs and works and determines the conditions for granting broadcasting licenses for stations and their operation, as well as the establishment of an Audio-visual Media Commission.

Article 1 states that this law enters into force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
