Details Details Year of Version 2012 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes Article 1 of this Law provides that it should be read in conjunction with the law No. 8 of the year 1998 on the Press and Publications and they constitute together one Law.

It states also that this law enters into force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
