Copyright (Application to other Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 1994

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59A of the Copyright Act 1987 [Act 332], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and Commencement

These regulations may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th November 1990.

Amendment of Schedule 1

The Copyright (Application to Other Countries) Regulations 1990 [P.U. (A) 314/90], which in these Regulations are referred to as the "principal Regulation", are amended in Schedule 1 by inserting the following item:

"2. United Kingdom.".

Amendment of Schedule 2

Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following item:

"1. United Kingdom.".

Amendment of Schedule 3

Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following item:

"1. United Kingdom.".
