144. Verordnung des Bundesministers für Land- und Forstwirtschaft über die Bestimmung der verwandten Pflanzenarten nach dem Sortenschutzgesetz

Auf Grund des § 1 Abs. 2 des Sortenschutzgesetzes, BGBl. Nr. 108/1993, wird verordnet:

§ 1. Verwandte Arten gemäß § 1 Abs. 1 Z 5 des Sortenschutzgesetzes sind Weizen, Durumweizen,
Dinkel, Gerste, Hafer, Roggen und Triticale.
§ 2. Diese Verordnung tritt mit 1. März 1993 in Kraft.

according to the Species Protection Act

Based on § 1, paragraph 2 of the Species Protection Act, BGBl. (Federal Gazette) No. 108/1993, it is ruled that:

§ 1. Related species under § 1, paragraph 1, line 5 of the Species Protection Act are wheat, durum wheat, spelt, barley, oat, rye, and triticale.

Par. 2. This decree shall enter into force on March 1, 1993.
