'The number No.18.91 published by Order in the Official Journal of the Republic creates an entitlement to protection; it identifies a specification for the production methods and the geographical area of production. This specification remains the property of a group of producers and may be consulted in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.'
