Details Details Year of Version 1991 Dates Entry into force: November 25, 1991 Adopted: November 25, 1991 Type of Text Other Texts Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Other, Industrial Property Notes This Act amends the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (Ordinance No. XLVII of 1984). It is indicated in its Section 1, that 'It shall come into force at once'.
The amendment was done in Clause (15A) of Sub-Section 1 of Section 2 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
