Whereas, it appears to Her Majesty that the laws of the countries mentioned in article 2 of this Order provide adequate protection for British designs:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, by virtue of the authority conferred upon Her by section 256(1) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 19881, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
