Patents (Patent Cooperation Treaty) Amendment Regulations 1999: revoked, on 13 September 2014, pursuant to section 247(3) of the Patents Act 2013 (2013 No 68).

PURSUANT to the Patents Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor- General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title and commencement (1) These regulations may be cited as the Patents (Patent Cooper-

ation Treaty) Amendment Regulations 1999, and are part of

2 New scale of fees substituted The principal regulations are amended by revoking the Sched- ule, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule of these regulations.
