'Decree amending section 24 of the Registered Designs Decree, adopted on 18 July 2013,2013/583, entry into force on 1 September 2013

- StatsrÄdets förordning om Àndring av 24 § i mönsterrÀttsförordningen

Amendment of section 24, which relates to entry in the register of actions for cancellation or actions for transfer of registration. Centralisation of intellectual property matters to the Market
Court was taken into account.

Decree amending the Registered Designs Decree, adopted on 14 April 2011, 2011/357, entry into force on 1 May 2011

Sections 9—11, 20, 21, 23, 25, 26 and 36 were repealed and the following sections were amended:
- 2, 6.2 (paragraph 8), 13.2, 15 (and the subheading thereof) as well as 16, 18, 19 and 27

Amendments relate to for instance what the application for registration shall contain, what the examination of novelty shall include, what the public notice/publication of registration should contain. Also provisions on opposition proceedings were altered as well as provisions concerning renewal of registration.'
