1. Citation and commencement 2. Prescribed goods under section 10 of Act

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Geographical Indications Act 2014, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Geographical Indications (Prescribed Goods under Section 10) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Prescribed goods under section 10 of Act

2. Wines are prescribed goods for the purpose of section 10 of the Act.
