The amendments introduced by pargraph 7 of Part 2 and Schedule 3 of the said amending Act 2012 to the following provisions of this consolidated version entered into force on December 1, 2013: - Sections 12(1) to 12(3). - Section 14. - Section 15(2) to 15(5).
