This consolidated Code contains provisions relating to the protection of intellectual property rights (Title IV, Chapter 2, Article 125, paragraph 1; Title VI, Chapter II, Article 184, paragraph 3 q); paragraph 7; Title VIII, Chapter II, Article 239, paragraph 3 d)).
