Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Status as of: May 15, 2021 Amended up to: August 18, 2017 Enacted: April 25, 2013 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes This consolidated version of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (hereinafter "consolidated Act 2013") takes into account amendments up to the Enterprise Act 2016 (Chapter 12), which entered into force on different dates. The said amending Act 2016 introduced amendments (entered into force on August 18, 2017) to sections 1 to 6A under Part 1 of this consolidated Act 2003. Part 6 and Schedule 22 of the consolidated Act 2003 provide for amendments of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. This consolidated Act 2013 was updated on May 15, 2021 (see the list "Changes to legislation" that have not yet been incorporated to the said version found in its final pages, in particular regarding the inclusion of legislative changes "Sch. 4 para. 48(4)(c)(iic) inserted by 2021 c. 12 Sch. 7 para. 11").
