LAYOUT-DESIGN (TOPOGRAPHY) OF INTEGRATED CIRCUITS

(DESIGNATION OF QUALIFYING COUNTRIES, TERRITORIES OR AREAS) (AMENDlVlENT) REGULATION 2005

(Made by the Chief Executive under section 24 of the Layout-design

(Topography) of Integrated Circuits Ordinance (Cap. 445)
after consultation with the Executive Council)

This Regulation shall come into operation on 17 February 2006.

2. Qualifying countries, territories or areas

(1) The Schedule to the Layout-design (Topography) of Integrated Circuits (Designation of Qualifying Countries, Territories or Areas) Regulation (Cap. 445 sub. leg. B) is amended
