Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Commenced: September 11, 2021 Assented: September 10, 2021 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Industrial Designs Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes Section 2 entitled "Commencement" of this version the Designs Amendment (Advisory Council on Intellectual Property Response) Act provides the date of entry into force for the following provisions: - Sections 1 to 3 this Act entered into force on September 10, 2021 (The day this Act receives the Royal Assent). - Schedule 7, Parts 1 and 2 entered into force on September 11, 2021 (The day after this Act receives the Royal Assent). - Schedules 1 to 6 and Schedule 7 come into force on such date as is fixed by the Governor-General by Proclamation.
