Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Adopted: August 22, 2021 Type of Text Other Texts Subject Matter Industrial Designs Notes Article 32 under Chapter I, Titlte III of the originally authentic version published in the Official Gazette of Law No. 2021-1104 of August 22, 2021, on Combating Climate Change and Strengthening Resilience to its Effects provides amendments (in force on August 25, 2021) to Article L122-5, Article L513-1, and Article L513-6 of the Intellectual Property Code, relating to industrial designs. The skeleton version of Law No. 2021-1104 takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 2022-1158 of August 16, 2022, on Emergency Measures for the Protection of Purchasing Power", which entered into force on August 18, 2022. Article 45 of the said amending Law No. 2022-1158 introduced amendments (not related to intellectual property) to Article 301 under Title VIII of Law No. 2021-1104.
