Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Adopted: October 25, 2021 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes Law n° 2021-1382 of October 25, 2021, Relating to the Regulation and Protection of Access to Cultural Works in the Digital Era states that Article 5 of the Law comes into force on January 1, 2022, and the mandates of the members of the Superior Council of Audio-Visual are not interrupted because of the entry into force of this Law (see Article 36 under Section II, Chapter IV of the said Law).
