(III. 26.) of the Hungarian Design Council (GKM) on the Hungarian Design Award takes into account amendments up to "Decree No. 1/2022. (IX. 1.) KIM of Amendments to Certain Ministerial Decrees Relating to the Formation of the Government and Falling under the Duties and Powers of the Minister of Culture and Innovation", which entered into force on September 2, 2022. Paragraph 6 of the said amending Decree No. 1/2022 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated text of Decree No. 17/2005: -In 1. §(1): the following new provisions are added to this paragraph (1): "(1) Hungarian Design Award in recognition of outstanding design performance (hereinafter: Prize) can be donated."; -In 1. §(3): the words"Ministry of Economy and Transport" is replaced by "governmental ministry headed by the Minister of Science Policy (hereinafter: minister)"; -In 1. §(8) : the words "Minister of Economy and Transport" is replaced by the words "Minister".
