Details Details Year of Version 2020 Dates Entry into force: September 25, 2020 Issued: July 30, 2020 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Subject Matter (secondary) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Notes This Order, certified pursuant to section 173 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (CRRA), provide for new copyright licensing schemes for Further Education Providers. The new licensing scheme was required as a result of changes introduced in Section 15 of the Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Law Provisions Act 2019, amending Sections 57, 57A AND 57B of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000. The licensing scheme allows Further Education Providers to make use of copyright protected works for the education purposes. The licensing schemes are operated by the Irish Copyright Licensing Agency Limited (ICLA).
