Details Details Year of Version 2022 Dates Entry into force: March 30, 2022 Issued: March 29, 2022 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 506 of March 29, 2022, was issued in accordance with subparagraph 13 under paragraph 1, and paragraph 2 of Article 18 of "Federal Law No. 46-FZ of March 8, 2022, on Amendments to Certain Laws of the Russian Federation (as amended)", which entered into force on March 8, 2022. This Decsion of the Government authorizes the Ministry of Industry and Trade to identify, by proposals of the federal executive bodies, the types of goods exempted from the protection envisaged by Articles 1359(6) and 1487 of the Russian Civil Code on regional exhaustion of IP rights.
