Details Details Year of Version 2017 Dates Amended up to: August 19, 2017 Entry into force: January 8, 2016 Issued: September 30, 2015 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Industrial Property Subject Matter (secondary) IP Regulatory Body, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 707 of September 30, 2015 takes into account amendments up to "Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 274 of June 7, 2017", which entered into force on August 19, 2017. The said amending Order No. 274 introduced amendments to the following provisions of the Annexed Regulation of this consolidated Order No. 707: - Subparagraphs 76 under Paragraph III. - Subparagraphs 99, 101, 104 and 111 under Paragraph V. Subparagraph 17 under Paragraph II of the Annexed Regulation of this consolidated version of Order No. 707 provides the provision of public services carried out in accordance with Part Four of the Civil Code, among other parts of the Code and other legislation.
