Schedule 1, paragraph 29(a) and (b) of the said Amending Act 2022 (Chapter 7) introduced amendments (in force from 10/03/2022) to the following provisions if Schedule 3 (relating to the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal and interpretating section 42 under Part 2) of this consolidated version: - Paragraph 5(2) (substituted) where the number “70” substitute “75”; - Paragraph 5(6) (omittted).
