Details Details Year of Version 2020 Dates Amended up to: January 23, 2020 Entry into force: January 2, 2004 Adopted: December 17, 2003 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Criminal Code takes into account amendments up to the "Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Montenegro", which was published on January 23, 2020, in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 3/2020. The said amending Law introduced the following amendments to this consolidated version of the Criminal Code: - Under the General Part, Chapter Thirteen, in Article 142, after paragraph 15, two new paragraphs (15a) and (15b) were added. - Under the Special Part, Chapter Eleven, after Article 193a, two new Articles 193b and 193c were added. Articles 233 to 239 under Title Twenty-One provides for the Criminal Offences Against Intellectual Property.
