Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Amended up to: August 18, 2021 Entry into force: June 1, 2004 Issued: May 11, 2004 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Trademarks, Geographical Indications Subject Matter (secondary) IP Regulatory Body Notes This consolidated version of the Trademark Regulation takes into account amendments up to the "Second Act of August 10, 2021, on Simplification and Modernization of the Patent Act", which was published on August 17, 2021, in the Federal Law Gazette I p. 3436 and entered into force on August 18, 2021. Section 6 of the said amending Act of August 10, 2021 introduced amendments to § 25, § 43, § 45 and § 46 of this consolidated version of the Trademark Regulation.
