The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 93 (1) of the Patents Act, 1964 (No. 12 of 1964), and with a view to the fulfillment of an arrangement with the Government of India concerning the protection of inventions, hereby made the following order:
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government,
this 20th day of December, 1976.

The Order declares India to be a Convention Country for the purposes of the Patents Act, 1964.
