Notes In accordance with Article L. 211-9-3 of the Code of Judicial Organization, the Decree designates certain judicial courts with departmental jurisdiction to hear criminal offenses provided for under the Intellectual Property Code (see Annex – Table IV-IV, page 23 for further details):
- Grenoble (Isère department)
- Metz (Moselle department)
- Béziers (Hérault department)
- Carcassonne (Aude department)
These provisions relate exclusively to criminal jurisdiction and do not affect existing civil jurisdiction, as defined by Articles L. 716-3, L. 717-1, and L. 717-4 of the Intellectual Property Code.
