STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2000, No. 112

[ 27th May, 2000 ]

The Minister responsible for copyright, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 147 ofthe Copyright Act, 1995 (No. 10 of 1995), hereby makes the following Regulations:

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright (International Organisations) Order, 2000.

Application to International Organisations

2. It is hereby declared to be expedient that section 147 of the Copyright Act, 1995 (copyright vesting in certain international organisations) shall apply to

Caribbean Broadcasting Union Caribbean Community Caribbean Development Bank Organisation ofAmerican States Organisation ofEastern Caribbean States United Nations Specialised Agencies ofthe United Nations World Trade Organisation.
