ON THE ACCESSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA TO THE INTERNATIONAL
CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF NEW VARIETIES OF PLANTS

In reliance on the articles 78, 83 (1) and 121 (1) of the Constitution on the proposal of the Council of Ministers

THE ASSEMBLY OF
THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
DECIDED:

Article 1 The Republic of Albania accedes to the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants done in Geneva on 19 March 1991.

Article 2 This law enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Proclaimed by the Decree No. 4600 dated 01.06.2005 of the President of the Republic of Albania, Alfred Moisiu.
