Appointment of Copyright Inspectors Notice 1997

1st day of January 1997

1. Appointment of Design Layout Copyright Inspectors :

For the purpose of Section 32A of the Copyright Act (as amended by Decree No.98 1992),all persons appointed to the service of the Council as officers engaged in the duty of monitoring, reporting, or enforcement of the provisions of the Copyright Act shall be designated as Copyright Inspectors.

2. Powers of Inspector:

Copyright Inspector designated as stated in section 1 herein shall have all the powers conferred by Section 32A of the Copyright Act or any other provisions of the Law.

3. Short Title

This notice may be cited as the Appointment of Copyright Inspectors Notice 1997.
