Details Details Year of Version 1995 Dates Entry into force: January 1, 1996 Adopted: October 25, 1995 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Layout Designs of Integrated Circuits, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The notification by Switzerland to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Amendments contained in the Amendment of October 25, 1995 were made following the assumption by the Federal Institute for Intellectual Property of the tasks of the Federal Office for Intellectual Property on January 1, 1996.'

I
L'ordonnance du 26 avril 19931 sur les topographies est modifiée comme il suit :
Préambule
vu les articles 2, 2e alinéa, 12 et 18 de la loi du 9 octobre 19922 sur les topographies (LTo);

vu l'article 13 de la loi fédérale du 24 mars 19953 sur le statut et les tâches de l'Institut fédéral de la Propriété intellectuelle (LIPI),

Remplacement d'expression

Dans le texte de l'ordonnance, «Office» est remplacé par «Institut».

Art. 1er, 1er al.
1 L'exécution des tâches administratives découlant de la LTo et l'application de la présente ordonnance incombent à l'Institut fédéral de la Propriété intellectuelle (l'Institut).
Art. 3Taxes
L'ordonnance du 25 octobre 19954 sur les taxes de l'Institut fédéral de la Propriété intellectuelle s'applique aux taxes prévues par la LTo et par la présente ordonnance.
Art. 12, 2e al.
2Toute demande de modification donne lieu au paiement de la taxe facturée par l'Institut.
II
La présente modification entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 1996.
