COPYRIGHT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2007
(COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 2010
Under section 2(2) of the Copyright (Amendment) Ordinance 2007 (15 of 2007), I appoint 16 July 2010 as the day on which the following sections of the Ordinance come into operation–
- (a)

section 33;
- (b)
-
section 36(7);
- (c)
-
section 36(8), (9), (10) and (12) (insofar as it relates to the new section 121(2D));
- (d)
-
section 37;
- (e)
-
section 38; and
- (f)
-
section 39.
