REGISTRATION OF UNITED KINGDOM TRADE MARKS (FEES) REGULATIONS

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of United Kingdom Trade Marks (Fees) Regulations.

Fees

2. The fees payable in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule shall be as therein prescribed.

SCHEDULE

(Regulation 2)

1. For filing application for registration with documents specified in section 4 and making entry in Register and issuing certificate of registration

2. For inspection of document filed or entry in Register or both 5 3. For registering assignment etc. under section 10 20 4. For registering renewal of United Kingdom registration under section 15 10 5. For making alteration in the Register under section 16 10 6. For certified copy or extract from Register 10 7.
