Prime Ministerial Decree 1241/2006

Modifying some provisions in the Executive Regulations of the intellectual Property Rights Protection Law promulgated by Prime Ministerial Decree 1366/2003

The Prime Minister,

Having reviewed the Constitution, the intellectual Property Rights Protection Law promulgated by Law 82/2002, and the Executive Regulations of the said Law promulgated by Prime Ministerial Decree 1366/2003;

And upon the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation,

Decreed

Article I

Article 158 of the Executive Regulations of the said Law 82/2002 shall be replaced by:

“A breeder’s Rights Application shall be accompanied by: -A receipt proving fulfillment of fees, and -A technical description written on the form

assigned for this effect.”

Article II

Article 159 of the said Law 82/2002 shall be omitted.

Article III

The current Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into effect as of the day following the date of publication.
