DECRETO Nº 26.675, DE 18 DE MAIO DE 1949.

Promulga a Convenção Interamericana sôbre os Direitos de Autor em Obras Literárias, Científicas e Artísticas, firmada em Washington, a 22 de junho de 1946.

O VICE-PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA DOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DO BRASIL, em exercício no cargo de PRESIDENTE DA REPUBLICA:

TENDO o Congresso Nacional aprovada pelo Decreto Legislativo nº 12 de 22 de junho de 1948 a Convenção Interamericana sôbre os Direitos de Autor, em Obras Literárias, Científicas e Artísticas firmada pelo Brasil e vários outros países, em Washington, a 22 de junho de 1946; e tendo sido depositado na Organização dos Estados Americanos, em Washington, a 9 de maio de 1949, o instrumento brasileiro de ratificação da citada Convenção,

DECRETA que a mesma, apensa por cópia ao presente Decreto seja executada e cumprida tão inteiramente como nela se contém.

Rio de Janeiro, em 18 de maio de 1949; 128º da Independência e 61º da República.
