PATENTS (PRIORITY PROTECTION) ORDER, 2005

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 21 (4) of the Patents Act, makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Patents (Priority Protection) Order. 2005.

2. The countries referred to in the Schedule are those which are S,hed"le. convention countries for the purposes of Section 21(4) of the Patents Act.

1. All members of the World Trade Organization, established In Marrakesh, Morocco on April 15, 1994,

2. All parties to the Paris Convention.
