RATION OF BUSINESS NAMES (FEES) RULES
MADE by the Minister under section 18 of the Registration of Business Names Act, Chap 78:46.
1. These Rules may be cited as the
REGISTRA TION OF BUSINESS NAMES (FEES) RULES, 2001.
2. In these Rules "Act" means the Registration of Business Names Act.
3. The fees payable under the Act are as follows: Fees.
(a) in respect of a statement submitted under section 5: $20.00
(b) in respect of each deponent to a Statutory Declaration under section 6:
(c) in respect of the annual fee under section 22:
(d) in respect of the filing of an annual return under section 23:
