ON THE ACCESSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN THE BUDAPEST
TREATY ON THE INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF THE DEPOSIT OF
MICROORGANISMS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PATENT PROCEDURES

In reliance to articles 78, 81 (1), 83 (1) and 121 of the Constitution, with the proposal of the Council of Ministers;

THE ASSEMBLY OF
THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
DECIDED:

Article 1 The Republic of Albania accedes in the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the purposes of Patent Procedures.

Article 2 This law enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Proclaimed by the Decree No. 3776 dated 16.04.2003 of the President of the Republic of Albania, Alfred Moisiu.
