ON THE ACCESSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN THE NICE
AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF
GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE REGISTRATION OF
MARKS

In reliance to articles 78, 81 (1), 83 (1) and 121 of the Constitution, with the proposal of the Council of Ministers;

THE ASSEMBLY OF
THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
DECIDED:

Article 1 The Republic of Albania accedes in the Nice Agreement concerning the international classification of goods and services for the purposes of the registration of marks.

Article 2 This law enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Proclaimed by the Decree No. 3778 dated 16.04.2003 of the President of the Republic of Albania, Alfred Moisiu.
